The hotel met standards, it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay at the swans nest venue. My room was air conditioned, tastefully decorated and I met caring staff, we had great communication. Above average and generous breakfast that included cereal, toast, pastries, breads and yoghourt.

Appreciated how enchanting the property was and its perfect staff with excellent service from staff. The pool was good and I had cold drinks in the main bar.

Pleasant location, the staff were very very helpful. Immaculate unit. Amazing service, excellent restaurant on site. We appreciated to chill in the nearby The Boat House Restaurant.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

Cosy hotel with informative staff and free wi-fi. Plenty of food for the continental breakfast. The place is 10 mins walk to the heart of the city. Near the recreation ground.

It was restful time in Stratford-upon-Avon. Absolutely delightful staff, practical location, everything was good. Breakfast had healthy choices, including coffee, cereals, hardboiled eggs, meats and breads, sadly we didn't have time and didn't try all of it.

The check-in was smooth, the service was welcoming, plus perfect location. Breakfast was healthy, I tried awesome coffee, croissants, scrambled eggs, yoghourt and breads. Bed was amazing, room was clean with a splendid view. The property was near the beach.
